Holiday Chocolate Class at St. Honoré Division

Get ready for the holiday season and learn how to make delectable chocolate treats at St. Honoré Boulangerie's kitchen. Our Production Manager Emma Nowell, also a seasoned baking instructor, will guide you through the chocolate-making techniques to create various treats for the holiday season.
This 2.5 hour class will cover all the basics of chocolate. Students will gain an understanding of all the different
types of chocolate, and how to temper chocolate. Each student will temper chocolate to make a variety of candies
which they will take home with them.
- Work side-by-side with the instructor and other participants to prepare
- Hand-rolled truffles with dark chocolate ganache center
- Chocolate mendients using freshly harvested Oregon hazelnuts
- Orangette using candied orange peels imported from France
- Bring your own aprons.
- $65 /person, includes a light snack and a drink served during the course
